When we began our alpaca journey we searched almost two years before finding HerdSurfers. The first day I called, Tyler was eager to answer questions and help provide a solution for our ranch. Our main concerns were having a user friendly site that was easy to maintain without the need for a webmaster and having a visually appealing site. The HerdSurfers staff did a great job using the designs and photos of our ranch and alpacas. The result was better than we had hoped. HerdSurfers delivered a perfectly designed site to represent our ranch's character and personality. HerdSurfers continually impresses from a customer service perspective. The staff is friendly, they always reply in a timely matter and go out their way to answer questions and provide solutions.
